EARLY ACCESS

We're taking on a limited number of productions.

Goldenrod finds the incentive money a production is owed, then tracks every qualifying dollar as it is spent — so the claim at the end is a matter of record instead of a scramble. We are opening that up to a small group of projects across the United States. This is where you put your hand up.

WHAT YOU GET

A straight answer about your money, early enough to act on it.

Most productions discover what their incentive is really worth somewhere around the audit — long after the decisions that determined it. Early access moves that conversation to the front of the schedule.

  • A real number before you lock

What your project earns in the states you are considering, with the caps, queues, transfer discounts and residency rules already applied. Not a headline rate — the amount that actually reaches the production.

  • Compliance tracked as you shoot

Qualifying spend categorised while it happens, on a dashboard your producer, your financier and your accountant are all looking at. Problems surface during production, when they are still fixable.

  • A submission that does not bounce

The filing assembled the way the commission wants it, with the documentation the audit will ask for already attached — and a human on our side who stays with it through the review.

    Other US jurisdictions

Shooting somewhere else? For an active project we stand up a new state's rules on the platform in roughly 3–4 weeks — priority states first, limited slots. The earlier you ask, the better.

  • On the roadmap

    Financial services

The wider financial layer — tracking a production's money from the first dollar in to the last dollar out, on the same dashboard as the incentive. In build; we will say more when it is ready to be counted on.

THE HONEST PART

Limited means limited.

Texas, Louisiana and Kentucky are fully open — we run the complete engagement in all three today. Everywhere else we are standing up one state at a time, roughly three to four weeks each, priority states first, a few projects at a time.

Which states are open moves month to month, and it depends partly on who asks. So we are not going to tell you on a web page that you are covered. Tell us where you are shooting and when, and we will tell you where you actually stand — including when the answer is "not yet, here is who to talk to in the meantime".

  • United States only for now
  • A handful of new projects at a time
  • Priority given to projects with a shoot date
  • The earlier in prep you are, the more we can do

The money is already yours. We just make sure you can prove it.

WHAT WE ASK

Tell us when we're wrong.

Early access is free while we are in beta, and the trade is straightforward: we want to hear from you when the platform is confusing, when a number looks off, or when the thing you needed was not there.

That is the entire arrangement. No case study you have to appear in, no logo on a slide unless you offer it, and nothing about your project leaves our hands without you asking us to send it.

REQUEST ACCESS

Put your project in front of us.

We read every submission, and you'll hear from us shortly.

Before you ask

We're not shooting for months. Too early?
The opposite. The decisions that determine an incentive — where you shoot, when, who you hire, how the entity is structured — are mostly made before a camera turns over. Prep and financing are the best times to talk to us.
What happens to my project information?
It stays with us. We do not sell it, and nothing goes to a commission, a financier or anyone else without your permission.
My state isn't supported yet. Is it worth asking?
Absolutely. And in the meantime our incentives database covers every US program, with a calculator for each one.
